Waynetown, Ind. (CNS) — Isaac (Ike) Samuel Fowler, 74, of New Richmond, died at 2:04 p.m. yesterday (March 19, 1965) at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette, where he had been a patient a few hours. Death was attributed to a heart attack. He had been ill a week. He was born June 17, 1890, in Fountain County, a son of Harrison and Clara Kinneer Fowler. He married Mae Vail at Crawfordsville on June 2, 1918. Mr. Fowler was a resident of Fountain and Montgomery Counties all his life. He was a laborer and caretaker of the New Richmond Cemetery for several years. He attended Cates school. Surviving are his widow and two nieces. He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters. Services will be at 2 p.m. EST Monday at the Servies Funeral Home here, with the Rev. Guy E. Tremaine officiating. Burial will be in New Richmond Cemetery.
